Who we are

Tactic Fish Farm NGO is a community-based organization focused on improving livelihoods through sustainable fish farming in Uganda.

Our work started as a small initiative and has grown into a structured program that supports farmers, youth, and local communities with practical aquaculture knowledge and resources.

We provide hands-on training, demonstration learning, and ongoing support to help individuals build reliable income streams and improve food security through fish farming.

Our goal is to create self-reliant communities that can sustain themselves through modern aquaculture practices.
