Tactic Fish Farm is a community-driven initiative that has evolved into a fully registered non-profit organization committed to transforming livelihoods through sustainable aquaculture.
What began as a modest fish pond has grown into a structured and scalable program that equips farmers, students, and local communities with the knowledge and tools required to succeed in modern fish farming. Through practical training, demonstration sites, and ongoing technical support, we empower individuals to establish and manage viable aquaculture enterprises.
Practictal training
Practical training in aquaculture empowers communities by providing hands-on fish farming skills that improve income generation and employment opportunities. It promotes food security through increased fish production while building knowledge in pond management, feeding, and disease control. The training also encourages self-reliance, sustainable livelihoods, and supports youth and women empowerment through practical skills development
School trainings
